There have been a number of telephone problems affecting practices across Eastern Cheshire.
Recently this has caused some problems with lines disconnecting when patients are ringing in to the surgery, especially when the line is engaged. We have also had some problems with our answering machine message.
If you are ringing when the practice is closed
- If you feel that you need to speak or see a doctor urgently then please contact 111
- If you have serious symptoms, such as severe chest pain, severe bleeding, significant shortness of breath or collapse then please contact 999
- If you are worried you may have symptoms suggestive of coronavirus then you are encouraged to visit the 111 online page for further advice, please see our other practice notice pages on this site.
We hope to get the service running as usual as soon as possible
