As a responsible provider of direct patient care, we are constantly reviewing our protocols to respond to the changing environment and any impact on patient safety.
As a result of a recent review, we are pleased to announce that we are no longer insisting that all visitors to the building should wear a face mask. However, if you prefer to still wear a mask, then you are free to do so. You may wish to consider wearing a mask if you have a cough, or cold symptoms.
Some staff members may also choose to wear a mask.
We hope patients will support this decision, and we will continue to ensure a high standard of infection control at Chelford Surgery (as we did prior to the pandemic), as patient safety is of paramount importance to us.
We would like to thank you for your cooperation, understanding and patience during recent months, with the changes to patient protocols and services because of the pandemic.
