Welcome to the PRG section of the Surgery website.
The PRG was formed in 2005 to provide a link between patients, doctors, nurses and staff and is designed to assist all patients. It consists of a number of volunteer patients who advise the practice on service provision and propose changes that would be useful from a patient’s perspective.
How to get involved:
Join the Group
The PRG is always keen to find new members. If you cannot attend a meeting, you can contribute your ideas by:
Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG): clinically-led organisation which encourages public involvement at all stages of the commissioning cycle. https://www.cheshireccg.nhs.uk/
Carers in the Area
Some members of the PRG support the Carers Link in forming links with Cheshire East Carers’ Hub and Connecting Chelford. Information from these links about local activities and support is shared with all carers registered at the surgery.
Details on how to qualify as a carer can be found here: Carers.
