One You Cheshire East
One You Cheshire East is a friendly support service to help people eat well, move more, stop smoking and drink less.

Physiotherapy services
This is the new and improved way for patients that are registered with an Eastern Cheshire GP Practice to access community physiotherapy services for patients experiencing conditions affecting the muscle and skeleton.

Talking Therapies service
The Talking therapies service helps to support people with mild to moderate symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression. The service also helps people deal with underlying issues such as isolation and loneliness, money worries or relationship breakdown.

ESCAPE-pain exercise programme
ESCAPE-pain is a free, 6 week, rehabilitation programme, designed to reduce pain and disability for people with chronic joint pain or Osteoarthritis.
